THE OUTER WILDS TAROT

Welcome, traveler!

This passion project started when I finished OUTER WILDS, an indie video game, in the summer of 2025. The story and adventure had such a profound impact on me that when I finished the ECHOES OF THE EYE DLC, I wiped away the tears, opened my notebook, and started planning THE OUTER WILDS TAROT.

It has been a work of love and admiration, and has brought me closer to my fellow travelers.

An unofficial fan project by RJ Kinner 

 

The Outer Wilds Tarot is a fan-made, fully illustrated, 82-card traditional tarot deck based on the work of Mobius Digital Games. It includes the full major and minor arcana (Sticks, Vessels, Fangs, and Moons), a complete guidebook, and four bonus cards inspired by the developers.

COUNTERFEIT WARNING:

I've been seeing a lot of counterfeit decks pop up online (mainly on Temu, Amazon, and AliExpress), so report them if you see them! They are easy to spot, as they are a smaller size, very poor quality, and do not have full artwork on the box. I've tried to take them down, but my actions against these large-scale companies don't do much. Please be on the lookout and help end pirated art!

THE SYNCHRONOUS ORACLE

A collector's dream. Inspired by The Otherworlds series and the Catchers series, THE SYNCHRONOUS ORACLE will be composed of 60 book-related oracle cards. At the final release, a full guidebook and box will complete the deck.

These cards will only be available in the Kickstarter campaigns for each book release.

10 cards are released with every book, along with other limited-edition items.
